Troubleshooting the Registration Process

The registration process can be simple and painless if the rules are followed.  All fields with red asteriks are required fields, and valid information MUST BE GIVEN!!  This is to prevent fraudulent activity on our web site and to protect our customers.  Your USERNAME cannot be longer than 15 characters, and your password must be at least 5 characters for security reasons.  If you do not abide by this, you will get an error.

Registering a Military APO/FPO Address

To ship any order to a military APO/FPO address, please enter APO or FPO in the City field of the order form, and select one of the following choices in the State field of the order form:  Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada;  Armed Forces Americas; and Armed Forces Pacific.
